Learn@UW eGrading: General Introduction
The Learn@UW eGrade submission process is designed for instructors who have been using their Learn@UW gradebook throughout the semester. Instead of hand entering the final grades into your grade rosters within My UW-Madison, this process allows you to "send" a grade file directly from your Learn@UW course and import the file into each of your grade rosters within My UW-Madison.
Electronically submitting final grades can be a bit daunting if you're new to it. However, if you have a large Learn@UW gradebook it can be a real timesaver. Within this material you will find written instructions, training videos and recommendations.
If you haven't been using your Learn@UW gradebook, or the gradebook doesn't meet your needs, or you have a relatively small class (around 30 or fewer), we suggest that you go directly to the Registrar's Office process to submit your final grades. Please see the Registrar Office's instructions for details.
